Michael Bretton is a Brisbane barrister and member of 19 Inns Chambers who acts as counsel in arbitration, construction and commercial disputes. He appears led and unled in arbitrations, tribunals, and the State and Federal Courts.
Before coming to the Bar, Michael spent more than two decades in senior commercial and project delivery roles. That background means he reads programmes, delay and variation claims, cost reports and contract documents as a project director would, and can engage with experts from the first conference.
